We Help Australian Businesses Understand Their Financial Reality

Since 2018, we've been working with business owners who need honest answers about their financial position. Not sales pitches or vague promises, just clear analysis and practical next steps.

Started Because Too Many Businesses Were Getting Bad Financial Advice

Back in 2018, I kept seeing the same pattern. Business owners would come to me after paying thousands for financial consulting that mostly involved impressive presentations and very little useful information.

They'd have fancy reports but still couldn't answer basic questions about their cash flow or whether they could actually afford that new hire. The disconnect was frustrating.

So kelorymox started as a response to that. We built our approach around the questions business owners actually ask at 2am when they can't sleep. The real concerns about payroll, expansion timing, and whether their numbers make sense compared to similar businesses.

We're not here to impress anyone with complexity. Financial stability analysis should help you make better decisions, not give you more things to worry about.

What Actually Matters to Us

These aren't aspirational values we put on a wall. They're the principles that guide how we work with every client.

Honest Assessment

We tell you what your numbers actually show, even when it's not what you want to hear. Sugar-coating financial problems doesn't help anyone make better decisions.

Practical Focus

Every analysis we do needs to answer the question: what should this business owner do next? If we can't provide actionable guidance, we're wasting their time.

Real Conversations

Financial jargon creates distance between advisors and business owners. We explain things in plain language because clarity matters more than sounding impressive.

The People Doing the Analysis

Small team. Everyone here works directly with clients and has spent years figuring out what actually helps businesses improve their financial stability.

Spent the first decade of his career at a big consulting firm before realizing most of that work didn't actually help the businesses paying for it. Now focuses on financial modeling that business owners can understand and use.

How We Actually Work With Clients

Most financial consulting follows a template that doesn't account for how different businesses actually operate. We spend time understanding your specific situation before recommending anything.

Our analysis looks at your numbers in context. What's normal for your industry? Where are the gaps between what you're doing and what similar successful businesses do? What risks should you be paying attention to?

  • Start with comprehensive review of your current financial position and recent trends
  • Compare your metrics against industry benchmarks relevant to Australian market conditions
  • Identify specific areas where small changes could improve your financial stability
  • Provide clear written assessment with prioritized recommendations you can act on
  • Follow up after implementation to adjust approach based on what's actually working
